After using another contractor for the exterior of our home we interviewed Poli to remodel our basement and immediately wished we had used him for our previous project. Many of our neighbors and friends had used him so he came highly recommended. We were pleased by his communication with us throughout the process and he stuck to our budget. He is prompt and shows up when he says he will, returns texts and voicemails in a timely manner. His attention to detail is nothing like I have ever experienced with a contractor and it is reflected within his team members as well. Having lived through a basement and 3 bathroom renovations I would also say that Poli and his team were respectful of our space and cleaned up really well at the end of each day. In late summer of 2016 my wife and I decided to get bids on a total reconstruction of our outdated kitchen. We contacted (or attempted to contact) three to four different contractors to look at the potential job. Poli Nawrocki was the only contractor that called back and followed up on the potential job right away and consistently thereafter.
In November, we contracted with NY Renovate to perform the job. They worked with our cabinet provider and came up with detailed plans and a vision that matched my wife’s ideas. He quoted a fair price and never deviated from it.
During the construction, Poli communicated proactively throughout. He and his crew were always on the job exactly when they said they would be. The crew was extremely considerate and they kept the work area very clean. Their work is extremely high quality and they move quickly but with a deliberate eye for detail.
Our kitchen came out beautifully, on the timeframe they discussed, and for the price discussed. No surprises and no problems.

We were introduced to poli nawrocki and his great team sat ny renovate when we moved to larchmont after buying a great little house that needed some renovations at some point to make it our own :)
We were told ny renovate was excellent and very known in the area.
We had a couple of people coming to offer us some quotes and advice.
Poli came in and was instantly the only one we were going to start this adventure with.
He was honest. Not pushy. Understood our needs and dreams and tried to make them fit in our budget which is probably not the usual large budgets he is dealing with.
Yet - he offered us a 5 star service and we are so happy after already a few weeks of us living in the house while he renovates the first floor.
The work flow is fast. The team is clean and discreet.
I can already see the end and I must say I already want them back for the next project.
I don't think many people offer such a level of seriousness and high ethics.
I am sure their business will make many more happy home owners :)

We used NY Renovate for a very large renovation project. We gut renovated our entire house plus added a small extension in the front of the house and the back. We are very happy with the results!
Poli stuck with the initial timeline even though we added many things during the project. He is extremely responsive and always available to meet or speak.
He takes great pride in his craftmanship as do his workers. We did a lot of custom wood work in our house and it's really beautiful. We highly recommend NY Renovate!
